Research Interests
My work combines theoretical advances in spatial data statistics and econometrics with empirical applications in urban, regional, and public economics.
Thematic areas:
- Land and housing markets (land use, housing policies, short-term rentals)
- Fiscal federalism, inter-municipal cooperation, tax competition
- Spatial disparities, residential mobility and regional convergence
- Environmental and agricultural economics
Methodological contributions:
- Exploratory spatial data analysis (ESDA)
- Spatial data & network models (cross-sectional and panel)
- Experimental methods (laboratory, field, correspondence tests)
- Causal inference and impact evaluation
